Purpose gets blurry when your audience is vague. “Helping people” isn’t a target. “Helping first-time founders avoid burnout” is.
The more specific the person, the easier it is to understand their pain, speak their language, and measure impact. You don’t need to serve everyone. You need to serve someone well.
