Measure Progress, Not Perfection

by

Perfection kills purpose. You’ll never feel “ready.” Measure progress by small wins: conversations had, problems understood, skills built, feedback received.

Pick 2-3 signals that tell you’re moving forward. If you only track money or results, you’ll quit before it works.

Reflection:

What’s one sign that you’re on the right path, even if it’s small?

What are you currently measuring that discourages you?

What would be a better signal?
