Purpose doesn’t live in motivation. It lives in habits. Motivation spikes and fades. Habits carry you when it feels boring.
Don’t ask “How do I stay motivated?” Ask “What 10-minute habit proves I’m this kind of person?” Identity and purpose are built in reps, not resolutions. Start stupid small so you don’t quit.
Reflection:
What’s one habit that a person living your purpose would do daily?
What’s the smallest version of that habit you can do in 5 minutes?
What’s been stopping you from starting it?
